About the Role

Program Manager is part of Willsfly Technologies Inc’s global product engineering hiring system. This role supports enterprise software, platform systems, product maturity, and long-range operating continuity through structured technical contribution and accountable execution.

Delivery Scope

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate enterprise software programs across engineering, product, architecture, and delivery teams.
  • Improve execution visibility, alignment, and accountability across structured workstreams.
  • Support milestones, dependency tracking, and release-readiness governance.
  • Work with global teams to improve delivery consistency and communication maturity.
  • Contribute to long-horizon execution systems beyond short-cycle coordination.
Hiring Baseline

Minimum Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience in program management, delivery governance, or enterprise coordination roles.
  • Strong ability to manage complex dependencies, execution risks, and structured communication.
  • Experience working with technical and business teams in scalable environments.
  • Ability to support enterprise delivery with clarity and accountability.
Preferred Profile

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise software, global delivery, or platform-aligned program models.
  • Exposure to architecture-aware delivery planning.
  • Understanding of release maturity, engineering workflows, and stakeholder alignment.
Academic Alignment

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or related discipline preferred.
