Role Overview

About the Role

Product Manager is part of Willsfly Technologies Inc’s global product engineering hiring system. This role supports enterprise software, platform systems, product maturity, and long-range operating continuity through structured technical contribution and accountable execution.

Delivery Scope

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage product priorities aligned to enterprise software, platform maturity, and business relevance.
  • Work with engineering and leadership teams to translate product goals into structured delivery direction.
  • Support roadmap decisions that improve continuity, scale, and measurable enterprise outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across product, architecture, delivery, and stakeholder groups.
  • Help shape long-horizon product environments rather than short-cycle feature delivery.
Hiring Baseline

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, platform strategy, or enterprise software leadership.
  • Strong understanding of roadmap design, execution tradeoffs, and structured product decision-making.
  • Ability to align technical and business priorities in mature product environments.
  • Comfort leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
Preferred Profile

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise product ecosystems or platform transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled products, workflow systems, or scalable digital environments.
  • Background in global delivery alignment and product governance.
Academic Alignment

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred.
Professional Credentials

Certifications

  • Product management certification preferred
  • Agile / SAFe / program certification is a plus
